Substitutions/Cancellations
Cancellations made through July 15, 2007 will receive a full refund, less a $125 administration fee. Student cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative charge. Refunds are not available after July 16, 2007. Contacting ASME Information Central at +1-800-843-2763 can make substitutions at any time.

ASME Travel Policy
ASME is not responsible for the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets or the cancellation/change fees associated with canceling a flight. ASME retains the right to cancel a program up until 3 weeks of the scheduled presentation date.
