The Student Scavenger Hunt is a new feature at DETC this year. In the past, some students have commented that they wish they could have gotten more from the conference by meeting more researchers, by having discussions with others doing similar research, or by learning more about the research community. This contest addresses this by helping participants to become familiar with many aspects of the conference, from meeting regular attendees and researchers to finding out about the latest work in their areas. Prizes will be awarded for those finishing the scavenger hunt fastest. More information will be provided with students' registration materials when they arrive at the conference. Prepare for a good time!
