Author/Presenter Pre-Registration
A presenter must be identified for each paper. The presenter of each paper will be required to pay the author registration by December 11, 2006. If the presenter does not register, the paper will not be published and the presentation will be removed from the conference program. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis by contacting the conference chair: Gang Chen, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, gchen2@mit.edu by December 1, 2006.

Financial assistant for attendees from the United States
With funding provided by the National Science Foundation, the conference organizers are able to provide limited financial support to junior faculty members and graduate students who will make presentations at the conference. For more information, email Prof. Xianfan Xu, xxu@ecn.purdue.edu. In your email, please include name, affiliation, position/title, and the abstract number.
