The conference will focus on the state-of-the art in Devices and Systems, Nanoscale Phenomena, and Nanomanufacturing. Additional areas of interest are also invited and will be presented in our General Topics track. The conference will consist of plenary talks, panel discussions, paper and poster presentations. Accepted papers will be distributed as two-page extended abstracts. If the authors indicate an interest, selected papers will be forwarded to specific ASME journals for possible publication.

More than 300 executives, researchers, administrators and students will gather to make Integrated Nanosystems and the Nanotechnology Showcase the premier community marketplace furthering the development of nanotechnology.
