Products, markets, and money drive Nanotechnology Commercialization.

This special one-day seminar will focus on "The Nano Commercialization Life Cycle: From IP to IPO" and draws together leading IP lawyers, licensing experts, and investment bankers arranging IPOs and mergers & acquisitions. The overall focus will be on products and markets with speakers from IP, Investment, Government Funding, Corporate Partnering, Business Development, & Service Providers. The New Ventures Showcase will present the top five business plans submitted to a panel of angel, corporate, government, and VC funding sources for feedback on "fundability".

ASME's 100,000+ strong global membership is invited to share their business concepts and projects in the areas of Devices and Systems; Nanoscale Phenomena; and Nanomanufacturing at Integrated Nanosystems 2005. Business concepts will be judged by an austere panel of researchers and practitioners who serve on the ASME Nanotechnology Institute Advisory Board and our sponsoring partners.

Don't miss this opportunity to network with the people who can make joint ventures and corporate alliances happen!
