Hours
On move-in/build-up days, exhibitors and exhibit crews will have access to the show floor during published move-in hours. Other hours of access to the hall requires a Late Work Pass.

On move-in days, exhibitors will have access to the show floor as follows:

Sunday, May 13 8:00am - 6:00pm Move-In Monday, May 14 8:00am - 6:00pm Move-In Tuesday, May 15 8:00am - 10:00am Move-In Tuesday, May 15 7:30am - 11:30am Hall open to exhibit personnel only Tuesday, May 15 9:30am - 11:30am Final Booth Inspection Tuesday, May 15 10:30am - 10:45am Exhibitor Briefing

On show days, Tuesday, May 15th through Thursday, May 17th, the show floor will be open to exhibitors as follows:

Tuesday, May 15 12:00pm - 6:00pm Exposition Open Wednesday, May 16 12:00pm - 6:00pm Exposition Open Thursday, May 17 11:30am - 2:30pm Exposition Open

On move-out days, exhibitors will have access to the show floor as follows:

Thursday, May 17 2:30pm - 7:00pm Move-Out Friday, May 18 8:00am - 12:00pm Move-Out

Security
Show Management will provide round-the-clock security throughout move-in, the show and move-out. The duty of security will be to protect the exposition against catastrophes, crowd control/hall access and theft prevention. IGTI and the Palais des Congres will not assume responsibility for personal property. It is recommended that exhibitors insure property against loss and theft.

Late Work Passes
The exhibit hall is closed to all personnel except for the hours listed above. If you need to get into the exhibit hall at any other time you must show a Late Work Pass and substantiating identification to the security officer before access will be permitted. Late Work Passes are available at the Registration Desk during published registration hours only. Be sure to plan ahead and obtain the necessary Late Work Passes prior to the closing of the Registration Desk on the day you intend to work past normal published hours. If you need access to your booth prior to the opening of the show floor in the morning, be sure to obtain the appropriate Late Work Pass at the Registration Desk during the prior day.

Package Removal Passes
Any individual removing any item or package from the exhibit halls (other than giveaway bags, briefcases or purses) must obtain a Package Removal Pass from the Registration Desk during published registration hours. The Package Removal Pass must be used from 7:30 am, Tuesday, May 15 through 2:30 pm on Thursday, May 17. A badged exhibitor must obtain the Pass. The Pass is not required during move-in or move-out.
