IGTI booth construction rules are in accordance with the guidelines established by the International Association for Exhibitions and Events (IAEE). Exhibitors wishing to request a deviation from approved booth construction must submit plans in writing to IGTI prior to May 2, 2008, and describe the deviations. Deviations to the IAEE booth construction guidelines will not be permitted unless they are approved in writing by IGTI.

Hanging Signs
Hanging signs are permitted at Turbo Expo 2008. Please contact Voblo, the official Show Decorator to make arrangements.
Non-Official Service Contractors (NOSCs)
IGTI has appointed Voblo as the official service contractor to provide various services that may be utilized by Exhibitors.
Exhibitors must register any Non-Official Service Contractor (NOSC) with IGTI and submit current proof of insurance. The Notice of Intent to Use Non-Official Service Contractor is located here. NOSCs not registered with IGTI will not be permitted in the Exhibit Hall.
Each Exhibitor employing a Non-Official Service Contractor (NOSC) for erecting, supplying, dismantling or providing any other booth service, must ensure that each NOSC is aware of and abides by all exposition rules and regulations including, but not limited to, safety requirements, design regulations, and liability insurance requirements.
By hiring a NOSC, Exhibitor guarantees that the NOSC has the required liability insurance coverage; and, if coverage is not carried by the NOSC, Exhibitor and its NOSC are jointly and severally responsible for all exposition-related actions of the NOSC with respect to ASME TURBO EXPO 2008.
Exhibitor and its NOSC agree to protect and hold harmless IGTI and the Estrel of all claims for damages, injuries, etc., which may be incident to or arise from, or are in any way connected with, Exhibitor's and/or NOSC's design, use, servicing or occupation of display space.
To obtain a badge, Exhibiting Company representative must complete the NOSC Registration form indicating the NOSC Company and number of badges needed. On site, NOSC personnel must present a business card and appropriate documentation stating the exhibiting company name and booth number to obtain the badges. NOSCs must be badged in order to gain access to the Exhibit Hall. If a representative of a NOSC does not have any identification that verifies his employment by an authorized NOSC, he must be accompanied to the Exhibitor Registration Desk by an exhibitor representative or authorized NOSC personnel who will provide verifying identification.
NOSCs must refrain from soliciting business from other Exhibitors during move-in, show days, and move-out.
