TWI will be coordinating the overseas transportation of equipment and display materials for U.S. exhibitors participating in ASME TURBO EXPO 2008. The information on the following pages list shipping dates, consolidation points and documentation requirements for the transportation of your material into Germany.
TWI can arrange transportation of your freight to the domestic consolidation point and execute all documentation necessary to comply with U.S. Customs regulations. This includes any licenses that should accompany your material. We will ensure that your commercial invoices are complete and in the proper format and we will schedule and supervise the international movement of your freight including customs clearance through the foreign port and delivery to your stand. TWI representatives will be on-site to assist you.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITORS
TWI has been appointed by the ASME Int'l Gas Turbine Institute as the official worldwide transportation coordinator of equipment and display material for exhibitors participating in the ASME TURBO EXPO 2008 exhibition. The information contained on the following pages lists important dates, destination points and documentation requirements for the temporary importation of your material into GERMANY. A TWI representative will be on-site to assist you.
ARRIVAL DATES
All courier shipments received and delivered on-site by TWI are subject to all costs that apply to road freight shipments.

MOVE IN DATE
The first move-in date will be 8 June.
If you cannot meet the above deadlines, please advise TWI as soon as possible. A late arrival surcharge will apply for any shipments not meeting the above deadlines and an on-time delivery cannot be guaranteed.
