More than 300 bioprocess professionals are expected to attend the 2nd Annual Bioprocess Technology Seminars & Exhibition - Prepare early to make the most of your time at the Show.

Below is an Exhibitor Checklist to help you keep track of the tasks required as you prepare for the Show.

• REGISTER FOR YOUR EXHIBITOR BADGE(S)
  Each tabletop is allowed for 2 complimentary exhibitor badge(s). An additional fee of €200 will be required for each additional badge. Please complete the attached EXHIBITOR BADGE FORM to register for your badge(s) and return to Raymond Hsia at hsiar@asme.org

• VERIFY COMPANY INFORMATION
  Verify your company information as listed on our event website for publication in the printed Show Exhibitor Directory. All changes are due no later than May 5. Go to www.asmeconferences.org/bioprocessEurope08/exhibitors.cfm

• BOOK YOUR HOTEL EARLY
  As a conference attendee, you can benefit from reduced rates on your accommodation at the Clarion Hotel Sign in Stockholm. ASME has contracted a special group rate of 1500 SEK with reference to conference code: ASME. The contracted rate expires on 23 May 2008. Our rooms are filling up fast, so make sure to book early. • COMPLIMENTARY WORKSHOP - Wednesday, 25 June, 9am-10am (Advance sign-up required)
  Learn about the ASME BioProcess Equipment (BPE) International Standard
  Learn and Get Involved! Participate in our BPE workshop to hear the latest developments as well as challenges shaping the standards for BioProcess Equipment. Advance sign-up is required as seats are limited. You must already be registered for the conference in order to sign up for this complimentary workshop. (See sign-up option in the Exhibitor Badge registration form).

• EXHIBITS SET-UP AND SHIPPING LOGISTICS
  

  Exhibitors will be provided with:

  • One 6'x3' skirted tabletop with two chairs and one plug outlet
  • Wireless internet in the Exhibits Ballroom
  • Hotel assistance with setup and breakdown
  • Power adapters/converters will be provided upon request
