It is important to communicate with each other in order to have a successful conference.
Organizers
All organizers will be able to communicate with those organizers directly under them through the Conference Toolbox. For example a Topic Organizer can send an email to their Session Organizers.
Enter the email address, last name or first name of the person you wish to contact.
If the person has an account in the Toolbox, you will see the person's name and email address.
Click either the to, cc or bcc box and the cc to myself box if you wish a copy of the email be sent to you.
Click on the Compose Email button.
In the new window type in the subject and message. (Note: The from, to, cc and bcc fields are not modifiable)
Click on Send Email.
The maximum number of users you can send an email to is 30. If you choose more than 30 users you will be provided the opportunity to copy a text list of the email address and paste it into your own email program.
